Rates: 3 night minimum, $150 cleaning fee

High Season (November 1 to April 30) From $225/night
Green Season (May 1 to August 31) From $210/night

6+ months $2,800/month

For rentals 30 days or more, electricity usage will be charged. Each condo has its own meter, so you will be charged only for what you use.

Terms and Conditions

Rates subject to Costa Rica 13% tax.
50% of rental amount due at time of reservation and balance, security deposit, and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to check in date.
$500 security deposit required (returned within 24 hours after checkout if no damages)

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 30+ days before your arrival and we are able to rent the property for your dates for the same rate, we will refund 100% of your money paid, minus a 5% cancellation fee.
If the house does not rent to replace your reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.
There are no refunds for holiday weeks, early departures, late arrivals, or no shows.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Whether you're here for a long weekend or a full season, we have a rate that works. Short-term stays start at 3 nights; longer-term stays begin at 1 month and include water, WiFi, and housekeeping (electric is extra).
