Service Description

Ride the waves of Guanacaste with two great surfing options for different experience levels. Surf Lessons at Playa Grande or Tamarindo are a 2-hour experience for $75 per person, with professional instruction and transportation available from Flamingo, Brasilito, and Potrero—perfect for beginners and first-time surfers. For experienced surfers, the Witch’s Rock & Ollie’s Point Surf Trip is a full 10-hour adventure from 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., traveling by boat from Flamingo Marina to Santa Rosa National Park, with several hours to surf or snorkel along the way; the private boat is $700 for 1–4 people, plus $17 per person for the park entrance fee (maximum 6 guests). Both experiences offer the chance to experience some of Costa Rica’s most famous Pacific surf, with refreshments included on the full-day trip.
